The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following: Amended RFP Attachment 1 � PWS dated 01 December 2022 Amended RFP Attachment 2 � SOR dated 01 December 2022 Amended RFP Attachment 4 � RFP Information and General Compliance Worksheet dated 01 December 2022 Round 2 � Questions and Answers See SF30 Summary of Changes 29 November 2022 Update: Amendment 0002 was posted on 29 November 2022. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date from 02 December 2022 at 6:00 AM CST to 07 December 2022 at 8:00 AM CST. Please be advised Amendment 0003 is forthcoming. 21 November 2022 Update: Amendment 0001 was posted on 21 November 2022. This amendment incorporates Questions & Answers dated 21 November 2022 and amended RFP Attachment 2 � SOR � Klaipeda Lithuania 21 Nov 2022. The amended SOR contains updated Line Item numbers under the schedules for Port Facilities and Miscellaneous and the description for new Line Item 186 has been updated. Please review the documents in their entirety. SDDC requires Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) for the Port of Klaipeda, Klaipedos Smelte Terminal, Lithuania in connection with the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored cargo. SDDC requires S&RTS labor, equipment, gear, tools, documents, materials, miscellaneous supplies, and management services to satisfy all tasks provided in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The PWS will cover the full spectrum of handling surface moving cargo to include its receipt through disposition, and processing cargo for simultaneous shipments via multiple surface modes of transportation as designated by the Contracting Officer (CO) or their appointed Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Alternate Contracting Officer's Representative (ACOR).
