Description

To All Prospective Offerors, Please review attached ""DS-338500-GD"" and� ""EXHIBIT I - Instructions to Offerorsto"" get an overview of the project and understand the other attached documents.� Fermi Research Alliance, LLC (FRA) is seeking a contractor for EXCAVATION AND RELATED SERVICES INCLUDING UNDERGROUND NATURAL� GAS REPAIRS at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory located in Batavia, IL. This acquisition is being advertised as a 100% small business set-aside to establish a T&M subcontract. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 237990- Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. Offerors are requested to submit questions relative to the RFP and should be submitted via email to gdutollo@fnal.gov. �All questions shall be submitted in writing no later than December 19, 2022. As of 12/1/2022 the DBA Wage Rates are awating approval. The schedule of minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract will be issued as an amendment to the solicitation.
