Peters VA Medical Center; 130 West Kingsbridge Road Bronx, NY 10468-3904 POC: Wilmen Joa mailto:Wilmen.Joa@va.gov DESCRIPTION: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD AS A SOLE SOURCE NetSpot Ga-68 Dotatate for Multi-sites within VISN 2. This is a Special Notice to award commodity firm-fixed price contract for a follow-on requirement to multi-sites VAMC. Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-3(b) (1), the VA network Contracting Office 2, on behalf of the Bronx VA Medical Center (VAMC), Manhattan (VAMC), Northport (VAMC) & East Orange NJ (VAMC) intends to issue a sole source award under solicitation 36C24223Q0153 to Advanced Accelerator Applications USA, Inc. (350 5th Ave STE 6902, New York, NY 10118) in the amount of $198,900.00 for above stated radiopharmaceutical supply. The supply/injection is to include all associated parts in this requirement, are proprietary to the (OEM) Original Equipment Manufacturer, Advanced Accelerator Applications USA, Inc, as stated by the OEM company letter, no other vendor is authorized to provide this radiopharmaceutical injection or services. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their radiopharmaceutical product capability and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the primary Point of Contact listed below. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Responses to this notice must be emailed to Wilmen.Joa@va.gov and received by 10:00AM EST on December 09, 2022. Submitters are responsible for ensuring their EOI reaches the designated contracting officer on-time.
