Description: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, etc., as negotiated, and specified in the RFP, specs, and drawings herein. The work includes replacing existing (2) Type XIA tie downs with (2) new T-10 Type XIII tie downs at Building 175 test cell. To include: demolish existing concrete pad, concrete encasement and remove XIA tie down assemblies. Layout, install T-10 Type XIII tie down assemblies and install new concrete encasements and slabs. Load test new T-10 Type XIII tie downs and apply new floor coating and incidental related work.
