Description
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award eight (8) sole source contracts as a stop-gap measure to allow time to award the recompeted Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract and compete each of the eight (8) task orders competitively among the IDIQ awardees. These bridges are necessary to allow time to award the new IDIQ and compete each of the task orders. The recompeted IDIQ was subject to multiple pre-award bid protests, delaying the Governments ability to make the award and transition to competing the task orders. The current task orders end on December 31, 2022. Each of the sole source contracts will have a six-month base period.
