Description

This announcement should not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a commitment by the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of these Pitch Days. The Government will not be liable for payment of any expenses incurred as a result of participation in these Pitch Days by any company.� AFTC/PZIOC, in conjunction with the 96 CEG at Eglin AFB, will be conducting Small Business Pitch Days over a two day period via in-person meetings (teams meetings can be requested). The purpose of these Pitch Days is to allow presentation of Statement of Capabilities representing companies interesting in a Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER). The Pitch Days will be unclassified. The event will be held over two days to maximize participation and will begin at 0900 hrs Central Standard Time (CST) and end at 1300 hrs CST on 13 January 2023 and 20 January 2023. Each day of the two (2) day events will begin with a FY23 Construction Projected Program Overview presented by the 96 CEG and Contracting and a question and answer session, followed by reserved one-on-one sessions to allow for presentation of Capability Statements. Industry is highly encouraged to ask questions during the open discussion period in the morning presentations. There will be a total of eight (8) slots available for one-on-one sessions. The eight slots will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. To be considered for a time slot you must be: Registered under the NAICS 236220. Business type � 8(a) participants Attendance is limited to U.S. Department of Defense contractors Attendees must be U.S. Citizens Industry partners interested in attending must submit an email pending your status with the subject line: �Attend AFTC/PK and 96 CEG FY22 Pitch Day SABER 13 January 2023 or Attend AFTC/PK and 96 CEG FY22 Pitch Day SABER 20 January 2023� to the administrative POC, Ms. Kristine E. Wright, email: Kristine.Wright.2@us.af.mil no later than 1200 hrs EST on 10 January 2023. Please also indicate at that time if you wish to request an in-person presentation.� Any requests for reservations that come in after the above stated date and time will not be accommodated.�� Each attendee�s registration email should contain the following: Company name, CAGE code, Business unit, and Address Business type � 8(a) participant owned by an Alaska Native Corporation, Indian Tribe, Native Hawaiian Organization Primary point of contact name, phone number and email List of attendees (limit 3) � provide full legal name and confirm U.S. Citizenship for each attendee Preference - In-person or via Teams Please feel free to submit any comments or questions before the event. Reservations for the forty-five (45) minute sessions are available until capacity for the Teams platform has been met. A confirmation of registration for the event will be provided by email. Please note, telephone inquiries will not be accepted. There will be no registration fee for this event.
