This notice is intended strictly for Market Research to determine if a �100% Set Aside for Small Business Indian Firms� can fulfill the requirements set forth in this request for information.� � The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification/socioeconomic status (Small Business Indian Firms). This is a Request for Information only. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service is conducting a market research survey to help determine the availability of the following service: NAICS Code: 334510 � Electromedical and Eletrotherapeutic Apparatus Description: BRAND NAME OR EQUAL 1. CARL ZEISS MEDITEC USA, INC. | Humphrey Field Analyzer 3 (HFA3) MODEL 860 CURRENT VERSION W/ LIQUID TRIAL LENS, RELEYE, KINETIC, GPA, HEAD TRK, GAZE TRK & TABLE | 1/EA If your business can offer these items or BRAND NAME OR EQUAL, please provide a product brochure, and/or any applicable product information to Shandiin.DeWolfe@ihs.gov.� Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. A solicitation is not currently available.
