Description

MICC, Fort Carson, Colorado intends to award an unrestricted sole source contract to Hiflyght Management Company, 95 Palm Springs DR, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80921. The contractor shall be responsible for providing VWT capable of producing winds in excess of 120 mph to simulate free fall conditions; capable of housing multiple Soldiers and instructors for training purposes; on site, knowledgeable and professional VWT instructors and operators who understand the unique intricacies to MFF versus skydiving; VWT capable of housing jumpers with combat equipment, simulating real world jump conditions. The contractor shall also be able to provide a VWT that is within driving distance and does not require overnight travel and accommodations, which would significantly increase cost; �on the spot� verbal feedback to trainees, and all documentation to the Government lead representative at the training.
