This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Backflow Cross Connection Survey commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4608?23?Q?S026 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA4608?23?Q?S026 in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 and is in accordance with provisions and clauses effective in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2022-06) as of 26 May 2022.
