- *This is a request for information only. This is not a request for quote/proposal and there is no solicitation package available at this time. All information submitted is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information gathered as a result of this notice.* The 131st Bomb Wing, Missouri Air National Guard, is seeking sources to provide conference space and lodging for a Base Chaplain's Strong Bonds event in the Branson/Ridgedale area of Missouri. Please see attached (draft) Statement of Work (SOW) for requirements. The event is tentative for March 2023, exact dates to be determined.� The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract. This acquisition is being considered for small business socioeconomic programs (i.e.�Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), HUBZone, 8(a), Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB)) and Small Business set-aside utilizing NAICS code 721110 with a SBA small business size standard of $35 million. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. It is anticipated this contract will use the Wide-Area Workflow (WAWF) system for invoicing using electronic funds transfer.
