- SPECIAL NOTICE: W15P7T-23-R-0006 Command Post Integrated Infrastructure Increment 1 (CPI2 Inc 1) This Special Notice is published for the purpose of conducting Market Research to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement.� This is not a solicitation.� This synopsis is for acquisition planning purposes only and is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited hereunder. All costs associated with responding to this special notice will be solely at the responding party's expense. The purpose of this special notice is to provide the Industry Day/Platform Viewing PowerPoint slides to all interested parties.� The government platform photos will be posted to sam.gov once they become available.�
