- BOA Order: The NAICS Code is 332994. Under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00174-23-G-0001, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division - Picatinny Detachment (NSWC IHD), Indian Head Maryland, intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Order on a sole source basis to BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., Minneapolis, MN 55421-1402. The contractor shall furnish the services of qualified engineers, logisticians and safety engineers to support Naval Personnel (military and/or civilian).� Authorized services, by in-house personnel, shall include, but will not be limited to, modification, preparation and finalization of all required ICD�s, logistic support documentation, engineering support, system safety support and documentation, training and fleet technical support.� View/graph presentations in support of technical meetings and program reviews, including attending such meetings and program reviews may be authorized.as specified in Statement of Work (SOW) 0001-0002-01. BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform this work within the required time frame.
