Description

Purchase Request: 0090638153, NSN: 1615015554532, TRANSMISSION,MECHAN, IAW Part Numbers: 449-340-014-105, 19E317-21B, and 19E317-2B. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, therefore, please do not submit requests. The only approved sources for this material are Integrated Procurement Technologies, Cage 4K0V2 and Goodrich Corporation,Cage 99551. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. The requirement is for 30 each. The required delivery is 388 days ARO to DLA Distribution Cherry Point, Cherry Point, NC. This is an Unrestricted Acquisition. FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin applies.� The use of the SPRS/PPIRS is applicable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This material has been identified as a critical safety item. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to be considered. A letter will be utilized to solicit the Request for Proposal (RFP) if applicable. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). A copy of this solicitation will also be available to interested requesters by contacting the buyer directly. The solicitation issue date is May 26, 2022. The anticipated closing date is June 27, 2022.
