- THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS POSTED AT THE SAM.GOV WEBSITE AT www.sam.gov . THERE ARE NO SPECIFICATIONS TO PROVIDE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT AT THIS TIME AS THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT - READ CAREFULLY. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. The USP&FO Contracting Office with the 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard intends issue a solicitation and award of a contract to �Repair Stormwater Runoff for Building 395 & Repair and Maintain Airfield Pavements�. The magnitude of this project is $10,000,000 - $25,000,000. The project includes but is not necessarily limited to the following: Project WKVB162100: Consists of constructing properly sited, adequately sized, and appropriately configured aircraft parking apron in good operation repair to support 4 PAA HC-130 and 5 PAA HH-60 aircraft which support the Guardian Angel rescue squadron and rescue training missions. Project WKVB142112: Consists of constructing properly sited, adequately sized, and appropriately configured buildings and systems in good operational repair to support 4 PAA HC-130 and 5 PAA HH-60 aircraft facilities, which support the Guardian Angel rescue squadron and rescue training missions. Building 395 is an aircraft maintenance facility as well as a helicopter hangar. The perimeter site provides access to and from the building and requires adequate drainage to prevent ice buildup around the building entrance All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a bid as a prime contractor no later than 23 December 2022. This notification, which shall not exceed five (5) typewritten pages which must include: 1. A positive statement of intent to bid. 2. A completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form (in the attachment section of this notice). 3. A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, and point of contact are to be included. Indicate if you were the prime or subcontractor, and if the subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. 4. A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
