Description: The Malcolm Randall Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) intends to award a design-build contract for project titled �Replace Elevator Systems� in accordance with solicitation requirements, applicable codes, and VA policies/standards/design guidance. This project is a design-build requirement to provide design and construction services to upgrade a complete elevator system. Services include evaluating the condition of the existing elevators, shafts, carriages, wire ropes, tracking components, carriage doors, landing doors, call controls, integrated systems, building automation and other pertinent components of A, B, C and Service elevators.
