Description

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to solicit a sole source, firm fixed price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) to RIX Industries to provide top-end overhaul on the No.1 and No. 2 HPACs for a Virginia-Class submarine. A sources sought notice, N32253-23-Q-0011, was posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE), beta.sam.gov, from 5 Dec 2022 - 9 Dec 2022 to determine whether other sources could satisfy this requirement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to his procurement is 336611 and the size standard for this NAICS code is 1250. The Product Service Code is J020. The tentative Delivery Date is 31 March 2023. All dates and information included in this announcement is subject to change. Note: All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) by the award date. Written offers shall be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and proposal instruction that will be outlined in the forthcoming solicitation, N32253-23-Q-0011. The solicitation notice will be posted on or around 27 Dec 2022.�The forthcoming solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-08, DFARS 10/28/2022 and NMCARS 18-22.
