- Description
- The purpose of the amendment is to provide answers to vendor submitted questions. All other conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, has a requirement for a contractor to provide all parts, labor, equipment, material, supervision, and transportation necessary for the purchase and delivery of bagged ice to Fort McCoy in accordance with the specifications and all solicitation documents including all referenced documentation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation W911SA22Q1008 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Serices.as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS). The resultant contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price, single award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The anticipated period of performance is 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2027 or subsequent date. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 312113, Ice Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
