This acquisition will be made in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and solicitation for commercial Items,� as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation (a written solicitation will not be issued) and quotes are being requested. The Solicitation number is RFQ-NIAID-2151946 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-08 October 28, 2022. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210, Equipment and Precision Equipment Repair & Maintenance, with a small business size standard of $30 million. The requirement is being competed full and open competition, un-restricted and without a small business set-aside. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) has a requirement for: The VRC of NIAID requires maintenance and calibration for Rees Central Monitoring System for NODES 1, 2 and 3. The period of performance will be 12/30/2022 � 12/29/2023. QTY 9, part # CAL-CO2, Single Point Field Calibration of CO2-MON-RM3 series sensors. QTY 2, part # CAL-DIFF-PRES, Single Point Calibration of Differential Pressure Sensor using Traceable equipment. QTY 3, part # VAL-KIT-PRES, Validation Kit for Centron with Centron Presidio Software QTY 2, part # CENTRON-BAT, Centron Battery QTY 9, part # Z3-RTD-BATT, Replacement battery for Z3-RTD sensors. QTY 178, part # Z3-BATT, 3.6 volt Lithium Battery for Z3 wireless transmitters. QTY 1, part # VAL/SERV B, Comprehensive Once Yearly IQ/OQ of System with full documentation provided to satisfy regulatory authorities. Comprehensive system test verifies, calibrates and documents all system functions including readings, databases, alarms, dial-outs, outputs, reports, and user programming. Includes One Year Onsite Service Plan with 24/7 Technical Support. Includes approximately 100 page GMP/GLP IQ/OQ validation report, 1000 page software validation test report, calibration of temperature and humidity with traceable equipment, copies of reference equipment calibration certificates and onsite refresher training at PM visit. Payment due in full upon receipt of order. Customer Responsible to Approve and Review all Validation Documentation prior to Technicians Departure.
