PLEASE SEE SOLICITATION NUMBER W911WN23B8060 AND SUBMIT BIDS THROUGH THAT POSTING.� LINK TO PIEE� *Visit 'https://piee.eb.mil/sol/xhtml/unauth/search/oppMgmtLink.xhtml?solNo=W911WN23B8060' to obtain more details.* The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, , is carrying out a project on behalf of the Allegheny National Forest Service pertaining to the demolishing of three flush-style toilet buildings (each under 400 square feet), terminating existing utility connections to said buildings, demolishing walkways to said buildings, installing one (1) vault style precast concrete toilet building and appurtenances, limited replacement of walkways to the new vault-style toilet building, new ADA-compliant parking area, rehabilitating approximately 2,100 square feet of a concrete boat launch, disposal associated with demolition, limited disturbed earth restoration. The contract specifically includes: ? Demolition and disposal of three flush-style toilet buildings in accordance with the Contract Documents.? Installation of one vault precast concrete toilet building and a new sidewalk and ADA-compliant parking area in accordance with the Contract Documents. ? Rehabilitating boat launch area with proper disposal per the Contract Documents. ? Earth restoration in accordance with the Contract Documents. Construction work will occur during the off-season recreational season and will have minimal intrusion to the campground facility.The work shall be completed within 520 calendar days after receipt of the written Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost of the proposed work is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.This acquisition will be procured as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The resulting award will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract. All responsible Bidders are encouraged to participate. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 10 November 2022, online through Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) which posts the opportunity to SAM.gov; therefore, requests for hardcopies of the solicitation will not be honored.The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220 ? ?Commercial and Institutional Building Construction? and the small business size standard is $39.5 Million.In order to submit a Bid on this project, your company must-1) Be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and maintain an active registration status. 2) Be registered in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) for the Solicitation Module with the PROPOSAL MANAGER Manger role.
