127EAW22R0030 - Hirz Mountain Lookout Restoration - A00003 The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to post the document repond to RFI's Documents title ""RFI Official Responses - 2"" are hereby incorporated in this solicitation and subsequent award. //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// 127EAW22R0030 - Hirz Mountain Lookout Restoration - A00002 The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to respond to RFI's and post the lead based paint report. Documents title ""Lead Based Paint Report_4-28-2021"" and ""RFI Official Responses - 1"" are hereby incorporated in this solicitation and must be used for proposal submission. Failure to do so may result in the offeror being found non-responsive. //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// 127EAW22R0030 - Hirz Mountain Lookout Restoration - A00001 The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to post the document titled ""127EAW23R0002 - Revised 21 Nov"". This updated 1442 solicitation document incorporates an updated Section C - Para C.1 to match the SOW. Document titled ""127EAW23R0002 - Revised 21 Nov"" must be used for proposal submission and failure to do so may result in the offeror being found non-responsive. ***NOTE - This project will not have NTP issued until spring of 2023. //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// 127EAW22R0030 - Hirz Mountain Lookout Restoration Shasta-Trinity National Forest FAR 32.204 Disclosure of Magnitude of the Construction Project: Between $100,000 and $250,000 Set Aside: Total Small Business Set Aside IMPORTANT NOTES: See Section L, Paragraph L.2 for the Documents to Submit with Your Proposal All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Greg Cunningham, on the attached RFI form not later than 1300 hours PST, December 6th, 2022. A FS organized pre-proposal site visit will NOT be held. The project locations are open to the public and can be viewed by each prospective offeror. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
