Description
Temporary Relocation for USCG Resident Inspection Office (RIO) Ponce located at Ponce, Puerto Rico.��The United States Coast Guard is soliciting a request for information from sources able to provide suitable facilities for government personnel and vehicles in support of RIO Ponce unit for USCG Sector San Juan in Ponce, Puerto Rico.� � The project requirements are the following: Location should be within a 5-mile radius of CII Bonaire, Ponce, 00716, Puerto Rico.� ��Attached delineated map shows the radius of RIO Ponce.� It is an approximation of the rental radius and may not be to scale. Lease Term: One (1) year with four (4) renewable option years, commencing on or about December 1, 2022, through August 31, 2023. Lease Location would serve as a temporary location for RIO Ponce personnel for the following specifications: 1500 square feet of office space. �Rental Space totaling at least 1500 square feet of office space must include the following: ����������� One conference room large enough to fit conference table with 8 to 10 seats.� ����������� Bathroom/Showers and space for 5 lockers ����������� 270 rsf for office space ����������� 150 rsf for conference room ����������� 144 rsf for office equipment storage ����������� 72 rsf for break room ����������� 72 rsf for storage space ����������� 50 rsf for toilet ����������� 75 rsf for shower � � � � � � 130 rsf to store one (1) new full-sized washer and one (1) new full-sized dryer (washer and dryer included in lease rental) � � � � � � �121 rsf for IT network � � � � � � � 50 rsf for janitorial closet � Additional Equipment required to be provided within the leased space: � � � � � � Multi-function printer/scanner/copier, shredder. ����������� Storage: a copy room with additional space for shelving to serve as the unit library with multiple filing cabinets, individual storage lockers for each assigned member in addition to each personal workstation designed to store uniforms, coveralls, boots and other work-related items. ����������� Laundry room that stores cleaning supplies and houses a full-sized washer and dryer. ����������� Server rooms: One dedicated and restricted space, which is air-conditioned and houses equipment for both USCG telephone and computer systems. ����������� Small �Kitchenette� containing microwave, full-sized refrigerator, coffee maker, and table for six (6) personnel. ����������� Parking: Designated parking for two (2) government vehicles, whether cars and/or trucks. Additional safe parking is preferred. ����������� Generator power to backup when power outage occurs.� If solar power, then supply backup battery or generator backup power.� �Ensure adequate water filtration/sterilization if on a cistern. ����������� The Government will be considering if alternative space will be more viable and economically advantageous to the Government. In making this determination the Government will consider among other things the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Governments list of requirements (to be determined upon review of offers and a physical survey of potential sites), as well as projected costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as the physical costs to move, replication of any current improvements, telecommunications infrastructure, non-productive agency downtime and proximity to water and other resources which would be advantageous to the CG response time. Security Measures such as gates, fencing, pop-ups, and arm gates, locks, types of windows, card readers, progressive collapse resistant construction can be also taken into consideration. This space must be located within a professional environment and must be with a pleasing business appearance, Class A or B space located within a professional environment. Your response should include the submission of an itemized Firm Fixed Price (FFP) cost proposal with a breakdown of all the requirements listed above.
