Description
The US Air Force is seeking potential companies who have the skills, experience, knowledge and capabilities required to perform non-personal services for Hematology Analyzers in support of the 86th Medical Group. The places of performance are the medical facilities at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. The anticipated period of performance is 7 March 2023 through 6 March 2024, with the yearly option to extend the performance through 6 March 2028. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334516. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6640. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� This is not a solicitation or request for offers. �The 700th Contracting Squadron Services Flight intends to award a 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Sysmex Germany for maintenance, repair and on-site emergency services of the XN-450 Hematology Analyzer. The Hematology Analyzer is already onsite and is used to perform in-house testing. Services will include emergency repair, preventative maintenance and scheduled delivery of consumables.� Interested parties are requested to review the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and may submit a capabilities statement no later than January 10, 2023, 4:00pm CET. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed blanket purchase agreement based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The anticipated acquisition procedures soliciting from a single source is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000.00.� Information must be submitted by close of business January 10, 2023 to Lena Kronen, email lena.kronen.de@us.af.mil and Ina Hemmer, email ina.hemmer.de@us.af.mil. All information shall be submitted via email. Please reference Special Notice A026379 in subject email. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and is not considered a commitment by the Government.� The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. This notice may represent the Government�s only official notice of this procurement.
