Description

The requirement is for the providing of group life insurance services to the locally hired employees of the US Mission located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.� The estimated number of employees is 531.� Please note this is only estimated quantity.� The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government.� All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.� This is a fixed price with economic-price-adjustment-requirements type contract under which the Government will issue firm-fixed price task orders.� The fixed prices/premium rates, BDT per one thousand of salary to provide life insurance and accidental death or work related death coverage.�
