Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District (NAB) is soliciting this requirement as Full and Open IFB procedures for the Jennings Randolph Backup Hydraulic System. The solicitation is a competitive, firm-fixed price construction contract. See Attached Solictation for full details of the requirement. AMENDMENT 0001 The purpose of this Amendment is to update 52.211-12 LIQUIDATED DAMAGES--CONSTRUCTION (SEP 2000) and updating other clauses. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. AMENDMENT 0002 53.243The Purpose of this Amendment is to increase the Period of Perfomance to 365 days after Notice to Proceed, and to post the answers to the Bidder Inquiries.
