Description: The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) intends to award a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to SPIE for proprietary litigation manuals, legal material, and publications that will be used by NASA organizations throughout the U.S. The anticipated date of contract award will be December 31, 2022. This NOTICE is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and no solicitation will be publicized in open market. However, if you have the capability to fulfill this requirement, you may submit such capabilities in writing to the NASA primary Point of Contact. Written response to this NOTICE must be provided to this office electronically no later than December 19, 2022 by 9:00 AM, Central Time.
