Description

UPDATED 16 December 22 to add number of people requiring contracted rooms and food. Tradewinds 23 Planning Conferences� The Government intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price Contract for the following conference dates: Mid-Planning Conference (MPC): �28 January 2023 - 03 February 2023. Final Planning Conference (FPC): �15 April 2023 � 21 April 2023 This is a non-personal services contract under which the personnel rendering the services are not subject, either by the contract�s terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the Government�and its employees. �The United States (U.S.) Government�shall not exercise any supervision or control over the Contractor's�employees performing the tasks herein. Such contract employees shall be accountable solely to the Contractor�who, in turn shall be responsible to the U.S. Government. Under this contract, the Contractor shall furnish all lodging, meals, audio visual equipment, materials, conference spaces, and any other items and services necessary to support TRADEWINDS 2023 (ExTW-23), Mid and Final Planning Conferences (MPC, FPC).�� Scope: Contractor shall provide non-personal services to USARSO with Lodging, Meals, coffee break, as well as Admin and conference facilities services at the locations and dates specified in Attachments. �The Contractor shall accomplish services in coordination with the Contracting Officer (KO) and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). � A detailed performance work statement (PWS) will be published with the Solicitation on or about 20 December 2022. Please see attachment for further information.�
