- The contract action was awarded on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1 � only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Avidity Science,�LLC was determined to be the only vendor capable of performing all components of the requirement because operation of the Indigo RO System requires the use of proprietary software owned by Avidity Science, LLC. Additionally, Avidity Science, LLC is the only vendor that has original equipment manufacturer-certified technicians that are authorized to perform maintenance and repairs to the systems.�
