- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order pursuant to Federal Acquisition Requisition Part 13.106-1(b)(1). The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs, Office of Acquisition Management/Investigations and Operations Support intends to award to Mystaire Inc, 1200 Telecom Drive, Creedmoor, NC 27522, a small business, for extended warranty service for five fuming chamber units in support of the Latent Print Section of the HSI Forensic Laboratory.� This service cannot be provided by any other vendor without voiding the manufacturer�s warranty on the government owned equipment. This notice is information purposes only and is not a request for quotation.� No solicitation document is available, and telephone or email requests for technical information will not be honored.� No contract will be awarded based on offers received in response to this notice.
