- *This is an Award Notice* The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has awarded a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract (N64498-23-D-0002) in the amount of $12,870,313 to RRMNA for services in support of the Product Improvement Program (PIP), which support the NAVSEA05Z 2SCOG Program. The PIP is �an �engineering �support �program �that �provides engineering �man-hours �and �services �as �required �to �maintain �and �improve �the �operational readiness, safety, reliability, maintainability, as well as operating and support costs for Rolls- Royce Marine North America, �Inc. �(RRMNA) �products. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). The ordering period is sixty (60) months, with a period of performance of seventy-two (72) months.
