- AMENDMENT 0003, 19 Dec 2022: Answers to all questions received by the established deadline in the Request for Proposal have been provided. The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following changes: 1. Revise the terms and conditions of the solicitation as specified in the Summary of Changes of the attached SF-30. (End of Amendment) AMENDMENT 0002, 7 Dec 2022: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following changes: 1. Extend the offer due date to provide additional time for the forthcoming issuance of answers to prospective offeror questions and a subsequent amendment incorporating additional changes to the solicitation. (End of Amendment) NOTICE TO ALL PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS, 5 Dec 2022: The purpose of this notice is to inform all interested parties that a pre-award GAO protest B-421241 has been dismissed. A solicitation amendment, and answers to all timely questions received by the Goverment will be forthcoming prior to the established offer due date. (End of Notice) NOTICE TO ALL PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS, 2 Nov 2022: The purpose of this notice is to inform all interested parties that a pre-award GAO protest for FA481922R0014 was filed on 25 Oct 2022. A redacted copy of the protest document will be forthcoming. Please be advised that answers to all timely questions received by the Government and any updates to the RFP terms and conditions and/or associated documents will be forthcoming in a subsequent amendment.� (End of Notice) AMENDMENT 0001, 2 Nov 2022: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following changes: 1. Extend the offer due date from 10 Nov 2022 at 1:00PM CST to 9 Dec 2022 at 1:00PM CST (End of Amendment) NOTICE TO ALL PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS, 7 Oct 2022: Site visit powerpoint and attendee list have been added to the attachments. (End of Notice) Description: The contractor shall provide all necessary management, labor, tools, vehicles, and equipment, except for Government Furnished Property (GFP), to fulfill life-cycle operations and maintenance requirements for all facilities, non-privatized infrastructure, real property (RP), Government-owned temporary facilities, and real property installed equipment (RPIE) identified in Attachment 1B at Tyndall Air Force Base, FL and three geographically separated locations (Carrabelle, St. George Island, Sumatra) in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Site Visit:�A pre-proposal site visit will be held at Tyndall AFB, FL on 3 October at 0800.�Contractors shall fill out all requested information on Attachment 15 - Base Access Request EAL for each individual requesting attendance.� Offerors shall email the completed EAL to karl.deffert.1@us.af.mil and matthew.lahr.3@us.af.mil NLT 11:00 AM CST, on 21 Sep 2022. Proposals Due: Proposals are due 10 November 2022, 1:00 PM CST�via the Solicitation Module within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil.
