This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. The solicitation number is 70Z045-23-Q-KODI0031 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Government Estimate Less than $20,000.00 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and Construction clauses are those in effect through FAC 2022-06 Effective Date 05/26/2022, �HSAR 5/2/2021 / HSAM 2022-01 / CGAP Change Notice 2017-02. Department of Labor General Decision wages are included in this order and are applicable. Wage Determination No.: 2015-5687 Revision No.: 18 Date of Last Revision: 07/22/2022 This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS. REPLACEMENT AND INSTALLATION OF OIL FIRED FORCED AIR HEATING UNIT, located at US Coast Guard Sector Field Office Valdez, AK, in accordance with the statement of work. Where Federal Acquisition Regulation clause language is inconsistent with FAR 13.004, Legal Effect of Quotations, that language is hereby tailored in accordance with FAR 12.302 to be consistent with a request for quotations. This tailoring includes, but is not limited to the following: In accordance with FAR 13.004, a quotation is not an offer, and any clause provision to the contrary is hereby modified to be consistent with FAR 13.004.
