Subject: Request for Quotations for US EMBASSY DIPLOMATIC MAIL GROUND HANDLING SERVICES AT JULIUS NYERERE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (JNIA) FOR US Embassy in Dar Es Salaam, Solicitation Number 19TZ2023Q0001 Dear Prospective Quoters: Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Diplomatic Mail ground Handling Services at JNIA for the American Embassy in Dar Es Salaam. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 and Section 4 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the following Email address: DarGSOProcurement@groups.state.gov. The deadline for receipt of quotations is January 20th, 2023, at 17:00 hours in Dar es Salaam. No quotations shall be accepted after this date and time. In order for a quotation to be considered, you shall also complete and submit the following: SF-1449 (blocks 17, 24 and 30).� Block 24 should list the total value of the quote for the base year and all option years. Section 1, The Schedule (Pricing) Section 5, Representations and Certifications and ensure compliance with FAR 52.229-11 is completed with IRS Form W-14 found at www.irs.goc/w14, if applicable Additional Information as required in Section 3, Solicitation Provisions Evidence of SAM registration The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to a responsible company submitting acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Direct any questions regarding this solicitation in writing to DarGSOProcurement@groups.state.gov All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation/proposal pursuant to FAR 52.204-7(b)(1). �Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register immediately.
