Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, hereby gives notice of its intent to award a contract to University of Chicago, 6030 South Ellis Avenue, Chicago, IL 60637 on a sole source basis utilizing FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition, procedures in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� This requirement is for a renewal of the annual subscription to access the Center for Research in Security Prices (CRSP) for 1925 US Stock,�Compustat Merged Database, and�1925 US Indices. The period of performance is 4/1/2023 through 3/31/2024 with two 12-month option� periods.�A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any interested party that believes it can meet the described subscription of services for CRSP may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement being requested.� All responses received in writing within seven (7) calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Specialist, Christian Fowler, via email at christian.fowler@occ.treas.gov, no later than the timeframe noted above. Telephone responses and requests will not be received.
