Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 5.203. A SOLICITATION IS ANTICIPATED AND FORTHCOMING. NO RESPONSES ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS NOTICE. THE OFFICIAL SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED TO SAM.GOV UNDER A SEPERATE COVER. �The U.S. Department of Labor, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (OASAM), Office of the Senior Procurement Execute (OSPE), Office of Acquisition Services (OAS) anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for�Worker Outreach Evaluation and Analysis. This effort will require a contractor with experience with developing and maintaining relationships with community-based organizations that support worker and vulnerable populations to provide comprehensive worker and vulnerable population outreach education, assistance, and analysis services, and provide promising practices and recommendations for measuring outreach impact over the period of the award. The contractor will provide education and assistance to DOL enforcement agencies on the best methods to: perform outreach to workers; develop practices for reaching underserved communities; leverage relationships with community-based worker support organizations; and reach workers across multiple industries to improve workers' ability to exercise their rights. The RFP will be posted on the System for Award Management (https://SAM.gov) approximately 15-30 days after the publication of this notice. The RFP will be restricted to eligible 8(a) contractors. The anticipated contract will be a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a period of performance of one 12-month Base period and four 12-month option periods.�Potential Offerors will be responsible for obtaining the solicitation and related amendments, if any, from www.sam.gov after the solicitation has been posted. The Government will not maintain a mailing list.�All questions must be submitted in writing and will be addressed in the forthcoming solicitation.
