Description

The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is procuring a new requirement for Custodial Services for Pittsburgh,PA� on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division (RD) at the PVT Sterling L Morelock United States Army Reserve Center Located at 7100 Leech Farm Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15206 PA079).. The Government intends to issue a solicitation as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside preference for this requirement.� The period of performance shall be for one base year and four twelve-month option periods. This requirement will be funded utilizing Operation and Maintenance - Army Reserve (OMAR) funds. The solicitation will result in a new Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) contract awarded to the lowest priced responsible, responsive offeror, whose approach meets the requirements of the solicitation.�� Amendment A00001 Posted on December 21, 2022 extends reponse date to January 4, 2023 and provides responses to Answers and Questions from potential bidders. Also updated estimated Period of performances.�
