Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�Washington City: Seattle Delineated Area: King County International Airport - Boeing Field Renton Municipal Airport Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,475 Space Type:�Hangar Parking Spaces (Total):�2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 5 years Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Other specialized requirements include: The hangar must be located at an airport with 24 hour jet fuel service. Hangar space must have a ceiling height of at least 20 feet. Hangar bay door must be at least 60 feet wide and 20 feet tall Hangar must be accessible by authorized personnel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).� ). �For more information, visit: https://acquisition.gov/FAR-Case-2019-009/889_Part_B.
