- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation no. 75H71323Q00037 has been issued as a Request For Quotation for a firm fixed price brand name dental equipment. The delivery location and place of acceptance is Chemawa Indian Health Center, Western Oregon Service Unit, 3750 Chemawa Road NE Salem, OR 97305, F.O.B. Destination. As used in this clause - Payment request means a bill, voucher, invoice, or request for contract financing payment with associated supporting documentation. The basis of award is the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors may be considered.
