(ABOA): 24,086 Space Type: Office & Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 55 Parking Spaces (Surface): 55 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 15 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: 24,650 Wareyard Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.� Also choose 1-PERCENT-ANNUAL-CHANCE floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain) unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action.
