All Exhibits have been uploaded as attachments to this announcement. Reach out to the Lease Contracting Officer, Melissa Brau, at melissa.brau@va.gov with any questions. Amendment #1 conducted to correct the delineated area in the RLP document due to an error made by LCO. Revised RLP has been uploaded along with Amendment #1 with delineated area map attached to it. Amendment #2 conducted to extend out the due date for proposals from 9-30-2022 to 10-21-2022 to allow sufficient time for any potential offerors and the Lease Contracting Officer. Amendment #3 conducted to expand the delineated area, increase the firm term from 5 years firm/5 years soft to 7 years firm/3 years soft, and extend out the due date for proposals from 10-21-2022 to 11-21-2022. Amendment #4 conducted to extend the response due date for proposals from 11-21-2022 to 12-12-2022 (4:30pm CST) in order to promote competition and allow sufficient time for all interested parties to review the previous amendments/changes/updates made to RLP. Amendment #5 conducted to extend the response due date for proposals from 12-12-2022 to 1-2-2023 (4:30pm CST) in order for the VA Project Team to answer a question regarding whether or not the physical set back requirement of 25' can be lowered or waived due to the delineated area being located within the downtown area of St. Louis, MO and 25' set back could affect competition. LCO will edit this RLP listing once VA makes final decision on setback requirement. Amendment #6 conducted to clarify the physical security requirements related to the 25' setback/standoff requirement. Also, amendment #6 shall include an extension to the response due date for proposals from offerors from 1-2-2023 to 1-10-2023 (by 4:30pm CST) due to this update on requirements and the fact that 1-2-2023 is a Federal Holiday and need to provide potential offerors with adequate time to gather data and revise proposal, if necessary, due to the clarification on physical setback/standoff requirements. All Amendments have been uploaded under Documents and it is required that all amendments are submitted with proposals with offerors signature at bottom of each amendment document.
