- The purpose of this amendment is to post potential offeror�s questions and provide the Government�s responses, and extend the proposal submission deadline to 31 January 2023, as shown herein. This requirement is for manufacture, test and delivery of Band 1 and Band 2 (ISRFS and all its components), as well as, to provide hardware modifications that will significantly improve and maintain the Airborne Threat Simulation Organization�s (ATSO) capabilities as a leader in electronic attack (EA) and active emitter systems for the simulation of threats against US forces in a dynamic electronic warfare environment.� �
