Description
This is a Request for Information (RFI) for a requirement to implement and sustainment support for a virtual infrastructure on its new radiation oncology information systems, to include maintaining both the necessary hardware and software, at the CW Bill Young VA Medical Center. The purpose of this contract is to provide the virtual infrastructure for the radiation oncology information systems, manage and maintain the infrastructure, and update and/or upgrade the hardware and software as necessary to ensure that the virtual environment is kept up-to-date and fully supported. The Government may use the responses to this RFI for information and planning purposes. The Draft PWS describes only the currently contemplated possible scope of services and may vary from the work scope in a final PWS included in a solicitation. The anticipated period of performance of: 1 March 2023 thru 28 February 2024 with possible four one-year option periods. This RFI will obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified businesses: Large Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, small business sources; HUB Zone 8(a), Women-Owned, or small disadvantaged business concerns; and their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 611710. The responses to this announcement will assist in determining the availability of small businesses in consideration of a socio-economic set-aside. Interested parties submitting a response to this inquiry must include the following information: 1. Name and address of company 2. Primary point of contact, including phone number and e-mail address 3. Applicable socioeconomic categories and any pertinent information, which demonstrates firm s ability to meet the requirement 4. Experience. Brief descriptions of recent and relevant projects for tasks similar to those in the Draft PWS (1 page maximum) 5. Business size (the applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 811210) 6. Product and Service Code: DB02 Responses are due no later than 9 January 2023 @ 3:00PM EST.
