Description

Under the authority of 10 U.S. Code � 4022, Authority of the Department of Defense to carry out certain prototype projects, the United States Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award a Sole Source hybrid Firm-Fixed Price (FFP)/Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract to Lockheed Martin Corporation, CAGE Code: 04939, for Vehicle Protection System (VPS) Base Kits (VBK), and support services on an other than full and open competition basis. This solicitation is intended to result in a single five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. The proposed contract is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source, Lockheed Martin Corporation.
