This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.    This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01 / 12/30/2022.    The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220, with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million Dollars.    The Network Contracting Office 7 is seeking to Chiller Maintenance and Repair for the Jennifer Moreno VA Medical Center located in San Diego, CA.    All questions regarding this RFQ must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov. Questions must be received no later than January 04, 2023, at 12:00 PM MST (Arizona Time). No further questions will be accepted after that date and time.    All offers must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov. Offers must be received no later than January 13, 2023, at 12:00 PM MST (Arizona Time). No further offers will be accepted after that date and time.  You are reminded that representatives from your company SHALL NOT contact any VA Medical Center employees to discuss this RFQ during this RFQ process. All questions and concerns regarding this RFQ shall be directed to the Contracting Officer.    SCHEDULE:  This is a Service-Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside requirement. All interested companies shall provide a quotation for the following: VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS) currently has a requirement for a non-personal services order to provide monthly, annual maintenance services, and emergency repair service for all chillers and controls. The central plant is equipped with 3 centrifugal chillers rated at 1350 tons and 1 absorption chiller rated at 500 tons. These chillers serve as the primary sources of chilled water for hospital HVAC systems. The Contractor must possess a Contractors State License for C-20 (HVAC) and C-10 (Electrical) work.
