Description

Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Knox, KY intends to award a sole-source purchase order with Executive Information Systems, LLC, 6901 Rockledge Drive, Suite 600, P.O. Box 34076 Bethesda, MD 20827-0076.� The requirement is for SAS MF & Server SW Renewal, Period of Performance is 07 January 2023 to 06 January 2024.� The NAICS code is 513210. The authority for this noncompetitive award is FAR13.106-1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses by email at Gina.M.Kern.civ@army.mil are received by 10:00 am EDT on January 6, 2023, an award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
