Description

This requirement is for the Contractor to remove fuel, tank covers and clean and inspect fuel tank IN accordance with Statement of Work(SOW), SFLC� Specifications provided. Please note this requirement will have specific Quality Assurance and INSPECTION Points throughout the requirement . All Inspections will be conducted with an appointed USCG personnel. All Drawings and Standard Specifications are applicable. A site visit is encouraged, to set up a site visit please contact Tony Boyd by email at anthony.w.boyd@uscg.mil or by phone at 504 253-5654 Vendors are to be registered and current in SAMS. GOV with UEI.� Federal Acquistion Regulations Clauses and Wage Rates are included and applicable.� Please fill out blocks 17a thru 31c on Standard Form 1449 if you will be submitting quote.� All applicable paperwork is Attached to this solicitation/ or email for additional drawings or refrences needed. This requirement will be awarded to lowest price.
