An Ad was posted in March 2022� the RLP is being posted as part of the GSAs requirements.� Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility,seismic,and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.A fully serviced lease is required.Offered space shall not be in the100year flood plain. The U.S. Government currentlyoccupiesapproximately 6,199ABOA SF ofofficeand related space in a building underalease inWalled Lake, MI.TheGovernmenthas identified a need for1,216ABOA SF of expansion space andisconsidering alternative spacefor the total requirementof 7,415ABOA SFifeconomically advantageous. �In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentiallycan satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurredthrough relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant
