Award will be made to the vendor that submitted the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote that meets all contractual requirements stated within this RFQ. 52.211-6 Brand Name or equal applies to this procurement.� The due date for questions: Tuesday, 03 January 2023, 2:00pm EST.
