- The Naval Air Technical Training Center (NATTC) Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS) and Contractor Instructor Services (CIS) contract awarded on Friday 30 December 2022 to Engineering Support Personnel (ESP), Inc., Orlando, Florida.� This effort was competitively awarded via a total small business set-aside as a firm-fixed-price contract with a 78 month period of performance. Performance will take place at NATTC Pensacola, FL and the Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training Detachment (CNATTDET) at Joint Base McGuire/Dix/Lakehurst (JBMDL) Lakehurst, NJ. This contract provides sustainment services and training requirements in support of fielded training systems to include, training simulator contractor operation and maintenance services, contractor instructional services, and other related support services.� �
