Description

This is a synopsis of proposed contract action for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 5.207. The Government plans to solicit and award one (1) sole source firm-fixed-priced (FFP) purchase order to Compunetix, Inc., 2420 Mosside Blvd., Monroeville, PA 15146. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The proposed contract action is for the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) requirement for delivery, installation, training and check out of a red (classified)/black (unclassified) intercom system to replace the existing system in the PWT facility, including 16S, 16T and the PES. Full performance requirements may be found in Attachment 1 � Draft PWT Intercom System SOW. All items are to be delivered Free on Board (FOB) Destination to Arnold AFB, TN. Delivery, installation, training and checkout shall take place no later than 365 calendar days after date of contract (ADC).
