Description

In accordance with FAR Part 5, the purpose of this notice is to notify industry the United States Marshals Service (USMS) intends to solicit and negotiate with a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The single source is Superior Storage Systems LLC for warehouse storage and racking system.�This procurement is to update and expand upon the current storage system that includes Vidmar brand storage equipment and Superior Storage Systems LLC�s racking system that is currently installed. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date. Responses to the requirement may be submitted to Deloyce Barrington, Contracting Officer via email only at deloyce.barrington@usdoj.gov no later than January 20, 2023, 3:00 PM CT. Information received will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No phone calls regarding questions will be accepted and will not receive a response. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. Vendors must be registered in SAM to receive government contracts.
